Aomidoro is a recursive-only Domain Name System (DNS) server. It does not provide authoritative service.
Aomidoro is an implementatin of recursive DNS server, which provides full-resolving and caching service. It does not provide authoritative service. In other words, Aomidoro resolves a DNS query from a client (usually a stub resolver) by contacting authoritative servers iteratively, and returns the answer to the client.
Aomidoro is distributed under a two-clause BSD license.
Aomidoro 4.1 will work on IPv6-capable unix operating systems such as NetBSD, FreeBSD, Mac OS X, OpenBSD, Debian GNU/Linux, DragonFly BSD, and Solaris.
